Privacy notice

Information collected

When you apply for a pilot, we collect your work email, preferred contact name, company or team, role, approximate volume of agent-assisted work, tools used, current review challenge, evidence readiness, timing, indicative budget signal and any optional context you provide. We also store campaign labels included in the link so we can understand which outreach led to the application.

Do not submit source code, repository contents, customer data, credentials, production secrets or other confidential artefacts through the form.

Why it is used

The information is used to evaluate whether the Review Capacity Audit addresses a real need, assess pilot fit, respond to your enquiry, improve the service and evaluate aggregate validation results. Applications are reviewed by a human; the website does not make automated eligibility decisions.

Hosting and recipients

The website and application database are hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. Application information is available to the RightBounds project operator and infrastructure providers required to run the site. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising. Any later handling of private workflow evidence is covered by a separate, explicitly agreed process.

Retention

Pilot applications are ordinarily retained for up to 90 days from submission and then deleted, unless an ongoing conversation, an agreed pilot or a legal requirement makes a longer period necessary. Non-identifying aggregate research findings may be retained.

Analytics and cookies

The site currently uses no advertising analytics, tracking pixels or non-essential cookies. Campaign parameters can be saved with an application when they appear in the URL; they do not require a cookie. Essential hosting logs may be processed by the infrastructure provider for security and reliability.

Access, correction and deletion

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of an application, or ask not to be contacted further, by emailing hello@rightbounds.com. Include the response reference displayed after submission so the correct record can be located.

Changes

This notice may change as the pilot process develops. The version date above identifies the notice that applies to current submissions.
